Mista corta and bean soup

On cento card, in binder

olive oil, red pepper to taste, 3 garlic cloves, 2 carrots, 2 celery stalks, 1 onion, salt & pepper, fresh thyme, 2 c diced tomato, 32 oz chicken stock, 1 can chick peas, bay leaf, parmesan rind, 4 c Maurizio Mista corta, 1 tbsp fresh basil, garnishing cheese
