3 anjou pears, 3 lemons’ juice, “3 oz” blue cheese crumbles, 1/4 c dried cranberries, 1/4 toasted walnuts – chopped, 1/2 c apple cider, 3 Tbsp port, 1/3 c light brown sugar, olive oil, baby arugula
