Chocolate tart

In Pies, Sweet and Savory

Crust: 1 c flour, 7 tbsp butter, 1/4 c sugar, 1 egg yolk, 1/2 tsp vanilla (or 1 from store)

Filling: 11 Tbsp unsalted butter, 7 oz dark chocolate, 3 eggs, 2 Tbsp sugar (or more!), 1/2 c heavy cream

 

Note: the last time I made this it turned out TOO dark and bitter.  Will experiment with ingredient ratios
