Filling: 1 potato, 2 carrots, 1 parsnip, salt and pepper, 1.5 lb beef stew meat, olive oil, onion, 1 Tbsp flour, 1 Tsbp Worcestershire sauce, 1 1/4 c beef stock, 2/3 c red wine, 2 Tbsp rosemary leaves, 1 bay leaf

Dough: pie crust – standard??
