From Pies Sweet and Savory p. 243

Filling: 1 c almonds, 8 tbsp butter, 1/2 sugar, 1 egg + 1 yolk, 1 tbsp kirsch, 2 tbsp flour, 2 1/4 lb peaches

Dough: sweet pie dough, 1/3 c apricot jam, 2-3 tbsp kirsch
