Peach cobbler

From pie book

Filling: 1/4 c sugar, 8 peaches, 1 tsp cornstarch, lemon juice

Cobbler topping: 1 1/4 c flour, 1/3 c sugar, salt, cinnamon, 5 Tbsp butter, 1 egg, 1/3 c buttermilk, 1 Tbsp light brown sugar
