1 3/4 c flour, 1 c + 2 Tbsp confectioner’s sugar, 1 Tbsp lemon zest, 1 egg, 2/3 c butter

icing: 1 3/4 c confectioner’s sugar, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1 tsp rum, 1 tsp raspberry syrup, decorative sugar
