German chocolate cake with coconut-pecan frosting

cake: 4 oz sweet cooking chocolate, 1/2 c water, 2 c sugar, 1 c butter, 4 eggs, 2.5 c flour, 1 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 c buttermilk, 1 tsp vanilla

Frosting: 1 c sugar, 1 c evaporated milk, 1/2 c butter, 3 eggs, 1 1/3 c coconut, 1 c pecans, 1 tsp vanilla
