Chocolate velvet cake with dessert sauces

cake: 3 eggs, 2/3 c sugar, 1/4 c flour, 4 oz semisweet chocolate, 2 oz unsweetened chocolate, 1/2 c butter

White chocolate sauce: 1 1/2 c whipping cream, 2 Tbsp powdered sugar, 1/2 c white vanilla chips (??)
