Carrot cake with creamy coconut frosting

Cake: 2 1/2 c flour, 2 tsp baking soda, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp cinnamon, 2 c sugar, 1 c oil, 2 tsp vanilla, 2 eggs, 2 c shredded carrot, 8 1/4 oz crushed pineapple, 1/2 c raisins, 1/2 c nuts

Frosting: 8 oz cream cheese, 2 1/2 c powdered sugar, 6 Tbsp butter, 2 tsp vanilla, 1 c coconut, 1/2 c nuts

10 tomatoes, olive oil, 1 Tbsp butter, 1 onion, 1 bell pepper, 2 carrots, 4 cloves garlic, 1/4 c basil, 1/4 tsp Italian seasoning, 1/4 Burgundy wine, 2 stalks celery, 2 Tbsp tomato paste

olive oil, 1/2 c onion, 1/3 c carrot, 3 cloves garlic, 1 lb gr beef, 3 cups canned plum tomato, 3 Tbsp butter, 1 tsp oregano, 1 Tbsp basil, salt, pepper, 1/2 lb lasagna noodles, 1/2 lb mozz cheese, 2 c ricotta, 1/4 lb parmesan
